From the ashes the phoenix rose with a crash of thunder that could be heard for miles around and so could be said for Groove Sadistic with their own toxic blend of METAL.
In April 2002 Groove Sadistic formed in Stourbridge with something to say to the world "fight for Freedom and understanding," using music, the world's oldest language, to reach into the minds and hearts of all who listen and to let them know see the truth behind the lies that surround our living days
Five members make up this unique sound from the forever echoing vocal to the earth shattering pounding of the double bass beats thumping you into submission.

Drawing on the influence from artist's as Pantera, Lamb of God, and Pearl Jam, Groove Sadistic have compiled a unique sound. This along with outstanding lyrics, jack hammer riffs and stage flipping energy proves to be a disarming mix few other bands can come close.
With five years gigging experience, this highly polished five piece have set the world alight with their underground hit 'REVOLUTION' and are currently in the studio recording their hotly anticipated record 'ANGUTA' (Carrier of the dead) as a follow up to the successful 'TIME TO CONVERT'(released 2006). Now backed by their ever increasing worldwide army, Groove Sadistic believes its time to take their mind-expanding music to whole new level.
